Professional Fees & Billing
- Minimum 6 months for first time engagements, then month to month onwards
- First billing month is the month in which the client accepts proposal
- Last billing month is for the month in which the client, third party, or we decide to disengage services
- Invoices issued 25th day of month and payment due by end of month
Engagement limitations
- We only engage clients who are on or willing to migrate to Xero for accounting and will hold the subscription and include that cost in monthly fees
- We only engage business clients, however manage individual tax returns of the business group of it’s owners/people
- We reserve the right to disengage any client or entity that produces misleading, false or illegal information or activities even within the initial minimum 6 months of engagement

- Down up feedback processes
- Customer feedback processes and secret shopper program
- Physical layout and feeling of staff working areas
- Identifying where further HR expertise is required and follow through
Data & Systems
- Appropriate cloud backup systems in place & reverse backup of cloud systems
- Full utilisation of existing cloud systems
- Identify and implement automations and add on systems
- Documentation of systems, procedures and policies
- Staff understanding, training and furthering of systems and skills
- Customer contact channels appropriate branded and integrated
Financial
- GP and NP monitoring to identify cost reduction and price point needs
- Debtor and Creditor monitoring and improvement of collection quality and speed
- Monitor payroll and HR compliance and efficiency of wage costs to convert to revenue and service quality
- Financial Data integrity monitoring, regular cross checking and verifying with third party data
- Bookkeeping, Accounting, Activity Statements, Financial Statements, Income tax returns
- Xero subscription costs and training
Protection
- Structure appropriate for risk
- General insurance requirements covered including Workcover
- Personal insurance requirements covered
- Appropriate agreements between stakeholders
Industry specific – where appropriate
- Menu and food cost advising (hospitality)
- Subcontractor management and remuneration, building authorities and TPR (construction)
- Sponsorship and publishers (special professionals, artists, sportspeople)
- Outsourcing (office/computer based businesses)
- Aggregating services (event management, multi faceted businesses)
- Inventory sourcing, pricing, packaging (retail, online stores)
